STRAWBERRYLUCIOUS POPPERS INGREDIENTS:
2-3 dozen large fresh strawberries
1 8oz frozen round tub of COOL WHIP whipped topping
1 16 oz. container of sour cream
1 3.4 oz. box of vanilla pudding (we are using the powder not making the pudding) READY, SET GO:
Clean all strawberries Slice small piece from bottom of strawberries so they can stand on their own without falling over Cut top off strawberries Core and make a well in the strawberries with a small melon baller or small knife (be careful not to cut yourself) NOW LETS MAKE THE FRUIT DIP Add whipped topping, sour cream and powder from box of vanilla pudding in a bowl and whisk together until you have a smooth whipped consistency Add fruit dip to piping bag with a star tip at the end (cut end of bag so tip sticks out of course) LET’S FINISH THE STRAWBERRIES Pipe fruit dip in the well of the strawberries and swirl a few times at the top so you have a small hill of fruit dip on top of the strawberries Plate and serve or just pop a few in your mouth!! ENJOY, ENJOY, ENJOY

Bacon Jalapeno Popper Quiche
Bacon Jalapeno Popper Quiche
Bacon Jalapeno Popper Quiche is an amazing recipe combining incredible ingredients of bacon, jalapenos, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese, for a perfect brunch!
Author: Stacey
Recipe type: brunch or breakfast
Ingredients
- 9 inch frozen pie crust
- ½ cup cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 jalapenos, diced (deseed for less heat)
- 1 jalapeno, sliced into rounds (for top) (I mostly deseeded these as well)
- 3 slices bacon, cooked crisp and coarsely chopped
- ½ cup whipping cream
- ½ cup half-and-half
- 5 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- optional-light sour cream
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Thaw the frozen crust for 10 minutes, then prick the crust all over the bottom and sides with a fork to make tiny holes
- Bake it for 10 minutes
- Remove the crust and lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees
- While the crust is hot, spread the cream cheese all over the bottom as evenly as possible
- Sprinkle the diced jalapenos over the cream cheese (the rounds are for garnish later on)
- Put the cream and half-and-half into a small pot and put it over medium heat about 5 minutes or until tiny bubbles appear around the edges. Scald (where you bring it to just under the boiling point) until very hot, but not boiling
- Beat the eggs together in a bowl
- Add the hot cream mixture to the eggs, whisking constantly to combine
- Add the paprika, salt and bacon
- Pour into the crust and bake for 30 minutes
- Remove from oven, arrange the jalapeno slices on top, sprinkle with cheese and bake until the cheese has melted and turned golden brown, about 15-20 minutes (the original recipe said 12-15 minutes, but I did closer to 20. Check at 12 minutes, every couple of minutes)
- Cool slightly before serving
- Optional-serve with light sour cream

Cupcakes
Baking Cupcakes seems to be the going thing. Something I have tried but would like to try it Cupcake Wars style. LOL I find it amazing how they put those ingredients together to make it taste well, as far as the judges say. My family say we are going to have cupcake wars at our house. Why not try it at your house? If so tell me how it turned out.

Welcome to Just Recipes
Hello and how are you? Hope all is as well as can be. I am starting a new blog about recipes. I love to eat so therefore I should love to cook. My favorite is baking. I always find recipes online and save or book mark them. I figure one day I'll make this. I'm always looking for something new to make. What about you? What is your favorite thing to make? I have things come to my email and also find recipes on Facebook and Twitter.
So this is just the beginning. I will post recipes up probably daily but definetly weekly. I always find something that I like. So I hope you follow me so we can go on this journey together.
Thanks
Michelle.
